Sometimes internet-based therapy is a useful place to learn or to refresh your knowledge of coping skills and strategies. It is important to remember that virtual programs are not a substitute for diagnosis and treatment by a qualified practitioner. If you do decide to use a "virtual" therapy program, make sure you speak about this with your "real life" therapist to see which program might be right for you.
